You'll need a valid driver's license, proof of insurance for your towing vehicle, and a credit card for the security deposit. If you're towing with a company vehicle, we'll need proof of commercial insurance.

Our minimum rental period is 1 day. Just let us know your timeline when booking and we'll accommodate your schedule. Same-day pickup is available for most equipment when reserved in advance.

No problem! Just give us a call at least 24 hours before your scheduled return. We'll check availability and extend your rental. If the equipment isn't reserved, we can usually accommodate same-day extensions too.

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services within the Kansas City metro area for an additional fee. Just mention it in your reservation request and we'll provide a quote based on your location.

We understand plans change. Cancel at least 48 hours before your pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a small fee. Contact us directly and we'll work with you.
