Container delivery requires clear, unobstructed space for the truck and trailer to maneuver, and the amount of room needed depends on the container size and the delivery method. For standard tilt-bed delivery, we require 120 feet of clearance directly in front of the container's placement location for a 20 ft container, and 150 feet of clearance for a 40 ft container. This distance allows the trailer to tilt and slide the container into position safely. The approach must be level, firm, and free of vehicles, fencing, landscaping, low-hanging branches, and overhead power lines. If your site cannot accommodate that distance, we offer machine-assisted delivery as an alternative. Using specialized container-handling equipment, we can place a container with approximately 20 feet of additional clearance beyond the container's footprint, which makes delivery possible on tighter lots, narrow driveways, and confined job sites. Machine-assisted delivery is available at an additional cost. If you are unsure whether your property has the required clearance, contact us before booking. Yes. Repositioning a container to a different spot on the same property is one of the most common moves we do. We'll assess access at the current and new locations before we quote.

HOA rules and city permits may apply at the destination. The customer is responsible for confirming those before we arrive.

We inspect your container before we move it. If we find structural damage that makes the container unsafe to lift, we'll tell you before we attempt the move. Containers with pre-existing damage may not be movable.

Yes. If you bought a container from a private seller and need it hauled, we can move it. We'll assess access at the pickup site and your drop-off location before we quote.

The container must be empty of loose items that can shift, the doors must be closed and secured, and anything attached to the container (decking, skirting, electrical, plumbing, anchors) must be disconnected by you before we arrive.
